Ruggles Cotton Summer Sheet - 

The pre-shrunk 100% cotton summer sheets is a very useful and versatile rug, ideal for travel, shows, in stable giving some protection from flies and biting insects and keeping your horse/pony clean. Also excellent as an under layer in colder months. 

This high quality thick cotton summer sheet has been pre-washed prior to manufacture to reduce risk of shrinkage and has soft nylon lining at the chest which helps to keep the coat smooth and to prevent rubbing.

The rug has shoulder gussets which helps to prevent friction and rubbing and allows the horse freer movement. It has a soft fur wither protector fitted for extra comfort.. 

There are double adjustable chest straps with D rings and clips which ensures that there is plenty of adjustment and therefore the fit is good for a wide range of builds.

A tail flap and fillet string is fitted to the rug which can be useful for keeping clean. This feature is also extremely useful for those horses and ponies prone to rubbing. 

The rug is machine washable (cool/warm wash and allow to dry naturally) and is packed in a zipped bag.
